Pratibha Singh blessed with her Kathak elements from Pt. Birju Maharaj, Jai Kishan Maharaj, Balram Lal and Nagendra Mohini. An alumni of Kathak kendra, Pratibha has explored her expressions in dance dramas, emotive movement patterns in dramatic presentations, therapeutic uses for specially challenged communities and for the deprived beings. She is exploring performing art expressions with the Transgenders and has devised a presentation "Khushiyan Aur Afsaane" with Transgenders and has performed at Delhi and Patna. She is been awarded scholarship from Sahitya Kala Parishad, Delhi and fellowship from Ministry of Culture. She has performed in many reputed dance festivals and won several dance competetions. Her major directed performances are "Kharu Ka Khara Kissa", Bal Charit, Vidyapti Basant. She is devising poems for stage performance.
